Upon request and subject to personnel availability, Gridstem can provide qualified technical personnel for commissioning, installation supervision, assembly supervision, oil filling, and related site-support services. Unless expressly included in the quotation, all associated service fees, travel, accommodation, transportation, and related expenses shall be agreed separately. Gridstem's involvement will be limited to technical advisory and supervisory services and not constitute responsibility for site installation, construction activities, or contractor workmanship.

Twelve (12) months from the date of successful commissioning and operation at the installation site or fourteen (14) months from the date of shipment, which ever comes first.
